Most BMW owners love the brand and are sold on it before we even come into a BMW showroom. The BMW sales staff have an easy job selling such great product. Hardest part is to pick only one car. Service is where any dealership can separate themselves from a competition and where most of us make a decision on a next car. My experience with service at BMW Gallery has been positive especially when dealing with Albert the Assistant Manager. He is very knowledgeable about BMWs and he will take time to answer any questions you may have before you leave the car for a maintenance work. There are no surprises when you come to pick up your car as Albert will keep you updated throughout. Splendid !
