My wife and I bought an X3 from BMW gallery and I must say that we were both very pleased with the service that we received. Our salesperson Tin was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. We looked at many SUV before deciding on the X3 and went to allot of dealerships BMW gallery has for sure been the most impressive.

Kevin Lee, and the Asst. service manager were so cooperative in giving me advice, went out of the way to help me in resolving my issues, though I did not buy the vehicle from the dealership! We chose to buy from Calgary as opposed to our home dealership in Edmonton as they were persistant and determined to find the perfect vehicle that suited my needs. We received the utmost, exceptional service during all aspects of our purchase. Most BMW owners love the brand and are sold on it before we even come into a BMW showroom. The BMW sales staff have an easy job selling such great product. Hardest part is to pick only one car. Service is where any dealership can separate themselves from a competition and where most of us make a decision on a next car. My experience with service at BMW Gallery has been positive especially when dealing with Albert the Assistant Manager. He is very knowledgeable about BMWs and he will take time to answer any questions you may have before you leave the car for a maintenance work. There are no surprises when you come to pick up your car as Albert will keep you updated throughout. Splendid !
